Scott qualified as a personal trainer in 2011 through the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness in Auckland. He has 10years + experience in private mobile one on one personal training , private and corporate team boot-camp training, strength, boxing and kickboxing training.
As a previously obese person, Scott knows first hand the difficulties with motivation, self doubt and even depression let alone taking the huge first step towards change. He credits exercise and nutrition greatly towards overcoming these huge barriers. Whether it’s the first big step towards a new healthy lifestyle or simply a step up in present training, Scott’s passion is supporting and guiding you to achieving your goals.

Jo
Jo gained her qualifications in personal training and group fitness instruction through the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness. She is a mum and has been part of the TY team since 2016. She has experience in personal training, boxing, kickboxing, and group fitness classes. She is a firm believer in using exercise to eliminate everyday stresses to create clarity in a healthier life. Using her expertise in fitness and personal training, she enjoys motivating all our members and helping them reach their full potential!

Anisha
Anisha has been part of the TY team since 2019. She gained her qualifications in Personal Training and Group Fitness Instruction through the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness.
She is a busy Mum of 4 and has experience in Personal Training, Kids Training, Boxing and Group Fitness classes. Her passion for Boxing helped drive her to re-train as a Personal Trainer after a long career in IT. She enjoys helping others find their fitness passion to gain mental and physical strength.
