I have noticed now a real feeling of strength within myself. Physical strength. I have muscles! People notice the outside of me getting smaller, but I notice the inside of me getting stronger and fitter. It is so encouraging to see that in myself, but I wouldn’t be keeping at it if I didn’t have the right trainer.

I really enjoyed my first block of boxing with jo and the ladies ! Def got better at something I hate (Running) and also got stronger from only being able to do 3 push ups on my knees without stopping in the first week to being able to do 7 push ups in my last week on my toes without stopping! Soo defs feel the improvement, love it! Thats why Ive already signed up for next block lol I felt the improvement before the last week ! So thanks too Jo, the ladies at Class and TYPT for the opportunity. bring it on

I am blessed to have had a great coach during the beginning stages of my weight loss journey. I already miss the 930am team lol I honestly never thought I would get this far, because everything that I have tried before this bootcamp had failed, I had almost given up hope. I am currently and still am going through a lot in my personal life (now it is managed lol), but being a part of this bootcamp has helped reduce my anxiety and I can happily say that I am in a better place with my health - my doctors are especially happy with my results 🙂 I am glad that I was able to do something even though past attempts had failed. I am happy that I am not only seeing the changes physically, but also mentally. Thank you coach for helping me get to this place...and I will continue to do so because I know I am in good hands. Looking forward to where this road leads!

Just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work you put in to our boot camps. I love coming, I fell off the fitness/food thing for a while since Xmas because of a lot of things going on in my life work/kids/relationships and I let looking after myself slip. But I’m back now 200% to hit those goals I have. I’m so glad I re signed again. So thank you again.

6 weeks ago I joined TY bootcamps and when I walked in I was at my personal rock bottom. My heaviest weight, so unfit, feeling depressed and miserable and trapped in a cycle of eating really badly and doing no consistent exercise. So many frustrating injuries I couldn't get on top of. I struggled through the first fitness test embarrassed about how bad I'd let things get. But today I smashed out the fitness re-test six weeks later and I could not feel prouder of myself 😊 I don't care about my weight now at all, I am stronger and happier and feeling so much better about myself, not to mention injury-free and this is what matters! Thank you so much Scott! Your training style and the workout environment you create is conducive to success because it is encouraging, supportive and most of all, really fun. Bring on the next block 😊
