About Scott

Scott qualified as a personal trainer in July 2011 through the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness in Auckland. He has experience in natural body building, strength training, boxing and Thai kick boxing.

He also has past and current experience in team boot-camp training, private and corporate team training, pair training and one on one personal training. As a previously obese person himself, Scott knows first hand the difficulties with motivation, self doubt and even depression let alone taking the huge first step towards change. He credits exercise and nutrition greatly towards overcoming these huge barriers.

Weather it’s the first big step towards a new healthy lifestyle or simply a step up in present training, Scott’s passion is supporting and guiding you to achieving your goals.

I do not believe I would have progressed so fast, nor got close to my 30kg weight loss goal in such a controlled way without PT. Thanks Scott, again a lifesaver and a mean trainer.
